6.0 Installation Instructions

The following sections contain detailed installation instructions for the specific aircraft variants of the CASA-212

6.1 CASA Installation Instructions

Below illustrates the general system installation for CASA aircraft variants. The GPS Repeater receives GPS

signals from the dash or windscreen mounted 2.6” L1 Active Antenna. The Repeater re-transmits the GPS

signal throughout the cabin area of the aircraft.

NOTE: System Voltage Requirements

1.) The Signal Conditioner (SC) LRU operates from 16 to 32 VDC (28VDC nominal)

2.) The 2.6” L1/L2 Active Antenna operates on 5 VDC supplied by the SC
