1.0

Prepare the 2.6” Antenna for installation on flight

deck. Adjust the Antenna hinge mount thumb knob

counterclockwise until both plates are loose.

Position the suction cup plate, and Antenna plate

so that they create an up-side-down “V”. Re-tighten

the thumb knob clockwise to lock in place.

WARNING: Ensure the chosen location for the 2.6” Antenna hinge mount and cable will not impede crew

visibility or flight controls, and exits.

Moisten suction cups prior to installation.

Position the Antenna hinge mount on the left

windscreen at the lowest point just above and

to the left of the dashboard. Press suction cup

plate firmly against windscreen. Ensure the

Antenna is pointing upward.

3.0

Loosen the thumb knob and adjust the angle

of the Antenna. The Antenna should be

oriented upwards, and nearly parallel to the

windscreen. This ensures the Antenna views

as much of the sky as possible. Re-tighten the

thumb knob until the Antenna plate is secure.
